These terms govern your use of KOPS Studio, the application and dashboard at kops.com operated by KOP Worldwide B.V. ("KOPS", "we", "us"). By connecting a channel or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.
1. What KOPS Studio does
KOPS Studio connects to YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage and helps produce and publish content on them, including dubbed videos, movie compilations, captions and metadata. The specifics of any commercial arrangement, including revenue share, are set out in your separate agreement with KOPS.
2. Your account and authority
You confirm that you own, or have the right to manage, any channel you connect, and that you may authorize KOPS to act on it. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service when using KOPS Studio.
3. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of your channels and your content. You grant KOPS the permissions needed to produce, upload and manage content on your behalf for as long as your channel is connected. Content KOPS produces for you is delivered under the terms of your agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use KOPS Studio to upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that breaks YouTube's policies or the law. We may suspend access if the service is used in a way that puts our accounts, our API access, or other users at risk.
5. Disconnecting
You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or from your Google account permissions. Notice periods or obligations in your separate commercial agreement, if any, continue to apply.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep KOPS Studio running, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, KOPS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party platforms such as YouTube changing their systems or policies.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
